Refund window

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your order date — including if you simply changed your mind.

How to request a refund

• Visit paddle.net and look up your order using the email address you bought with, or
• email us at support@brandpilotstudio.lovable.app with your order reference and we will arrange it for you.

How refunds are processed

Refunds are processed by our payment provider and Merchant of Record, Paddle, back to your original payment method. Banks typically take 3–10 business days to show the funds. Paddle’s refund policy also applies to every order.

After a refund

Once a refund is issued, access to the purchased brand kit and its downloads ends. You are welcome to purchase again at any time.
